Tink's Red Ginger Cocktail Sauce

As a chef, I wanted to develop a cocktail sauce that would break away from the traditional horseradish base.  With a bit of tinkering, I created this unique sauce that became a trademark of my menus and had guests coming into the kitchen knowing I was there. Though I am no longer in their kitchens, I wanted to share the recipe that had everyone saying,

“It must be Tink!”
